Su Xiaoyu, a top advertising planner on the verge of promotion to director, is hit by two crises: her father is hospitalized with gastric cancer, and her younger brother goes missing after a failed investment. She juggles late-night plan revisions with hospital care, only to face her husband Chen Mo’s complaint that she "only cares about work." One day, exhausted, she falls asleep in the hospital corridor. Waking up, she sees Chen Mo wiping her father’s hands, and her mother hands her a note from her father: "My daughter’s hard work has always been for this family." Just then, her brother appears, pulling out money he’s saved for three years—turns out he’s been working odd jobs to pay off debts, too afraid to worry his sister. Xiaoyu finally understands: family is never a burden to "balance," but the light hidden in every complaint and every silent sacrifice.
