Su Xiaoyu just bought a second-hand car with her savings, only to have her “nightmare colleague” Zhang Lei—who waits downstairs every day to hitch a ride. He never pays for gas, always asks for detours to buy coffee or pick up packages, and never says “thank you.” After three weeks, Su pulls out her vintage bike and rides to work. Surprisingly, this change brings her joy: she buys warm steamed buns for breakfast, takes photos of blooming hydrangeas along the way, and even goes night-riding with a handsome neighbor after work. As for Zhang? Without a ride, he has to squeeze into the morning subway—late twice (scolded by the boss) and even spills coffee on important documents in a hurry. Turns out, the best way to fight a freeloader isn’t arguing—it’s living a life he envies!
