Retired long-distance runner Lin Ye buried his dreams due to an old injury. To save money, he rented a shabby apartment in the old town, only to end up sharing it with Wu Zhenxue, a self-media blogger, and four other dream-chasing youths—a fitness coach, a graduating exam candidate, a band vocalist, and a startup rookie. Wu Zhenxue accidentally finds Lin Ye's national champion medal hidden in a drawer and insists on 'forcing' him to restart training—handing him painkillers during morning runs, staying up late to make rehabilitation plans, and even secretly contacting comeback events for him. They go from 'annoying each other' to 'getting used to each other's presence,' while the others in the apartment also support each other through ups and downs: the fitness coach helps Lin Ye with rehabilitation, the band vocalist writes songs to cheer him up, and the startup rookie secures sponsorship... When Lin Ye stands at the starting line of his comeback race, with the six-person team holding a banner that says 'Go, Ye!' behind him, he realizes: Dreams are never a solo run, but a group of 'gale winds' pushing each other to become wilder 'wild horses.'
