Lin Ye was a wild, unapologetic free spirit before marriage. She quit her stable job to shoot grassland documentaries, daring to confront wolves and clash with corporate bosses alike. After marrying Gu Yanzhi, her decade-long crush, she thought she’d keep her untamed edge. Yet daily domestic warmth—morning porridge, ironed shirts, late-night hot milk—gradually wears down her sharp corners. When Gu Yanzhi goes missing after a landslide during a business trip, Lin Ye finally realizes she’s no longer the reckless girl she once was. All she longs for is his safe return, her camera tucked away in the storeroom, her wild bones softened by gentle daily life.
