She mistakenly mistakes Prince Xiao Heng of Jing, who is secretly investigating a case, for a flower thief, sparking a chaotic tussle. The pair soon discover the forest holds clues to the destruction of Su’s family a decade prior, and links to a hidden imperial scandal from the late emperor’s reign. As exotic blooms unfold one by one, they are trapped in a carefully plotted "mistake amidst blossoms", with the truth slowly surfacing and binding their fates together.
