Sign language interpreter Lin Xiaoman breaks into Fu Siyan's office—CEO of Fu Group—to help her best friend claim unpaid wages, only to catch the rumored "cold mute husband" frowning at an encrypted document marked "Black Rose." Thinking Fu is truly mute, she uses sign language to communicate but is pushed away by his wheelchair—Fu never accepts sympathy for his "muteness." Until Xiaoman finds a recording pen hidden in Fu's suit and discovers he's pretending to be mute to investigate the "Black Rose" confidential leak. Her sign language skills just happen to decode the gesture-based password in the document!
