Lin Chuan, a down-and-out treasure appraisal apprentice, was framed for stealing treasures and became a street “scammer”. However, he awakened the “ancient relic empathy” ability from an old jade left by his grandfather—he can see the past stories of ancient relics when touching them. When appraising a relic, he offended Su Wan, the daughter of a top antique tycoon. She initially wanted to expose him, but after he helped her retrieve her stolen family heirloom jadeite, she realized his ability was extraordinary. When they joined hands to uncover the antique counterfeiting scandal, they accidentally uncovered the truth about Lin Chuan’s grandfather’s death—everything was related to the fight for an ancient artifact that could “determine the fate of the country”. On the road to counterattack, there are both thrilling treasure appraisal scenes and sweet daily life where Su Wan turns from a “bickering queen” to a “little fan girl”. In the reversals, lies the answer about inheritance and true love.
