Qinghe, a spirited herbalist from Dashan Mountain, ventures into the capital to find "snow ginseng" for her poisoned master. She accidentally saves Seventh Prince Xiao Yu, who's disguised as a playboy. Xiao Yu falls for her at first sight and sticks to her under the guise of "repaying a favor"—giving her sweet date cakes, shielding her from trouble, making the little herbalist blush. But the snow ginseng hides the secret of a "former dynasty medicinal field"—the key to curing a plague. The mastermind trying to steal it is the powerful minister Xiao Yu aims to take down! When Qinghe uses her医术 to save people, the minister tries to kill her. Xiao Yu finally reveals his true self—he's been planning for years to catch the minister. Just as they're about to commit, Qinghe finds out her master's poison was indirectly given by Xiao Yu's mother—twist! The princess used "fake poison" to help the master hide from the minister's pursuit! In the end, Qinghe lets go of her doubts, teams up with Xiao Yu to take down the minister, uses the medicinal field to protect the world, and turns their feelings into the sweetest honey.
