Street rogue Li Achou stumbles upon the Golden Alms Bowl of the Dragon Subduing Arhat and is mistakenly taken as the "fake Dragon Subduer" by Heaven, forced to vanquish demons. The cold, elegant Dragon Princess Ao Shuang is ordered to supervise him—they bicker daily but secretly fall for each other. Achou thinks he’s living an underdog story, but Ao Shuang has long seen through his fake identity and quietly protects him. When the demon lord attacks and Achou’s secret is exposed, Ao Shuang steps forward firmly: "He’s the one I choose!" In the end, Achou defeats the villain with his street smarts, becoming the "real Dragon Subduer" and winning Ao Shuang’s heart—turns out the sweetest underdog victory is turning "fake" into "exclusive" love with sincerity.
