Su Xingyao, an urban cattle herder, guards her late grandfather's ranch and works with cattle daily—until she stumbles into the "succession battle" of Gu Jinchuan, a wealthy heir. He returns home to fight for the family group's "ranch inheritance," and at first glance, he mocks her as "a star without polish." She retorts, "What does a young master who can't even lead a cow know?" But when Gu is framed by family rivals and falls into crisis, Su uses her cattle-herding toughness to expose the conspiracy. When he finds an old photo of his childhood rescue, he realizes she's the "star" who held fireflies to light his way back then. It turns out the so-called "power" he's fighting for is just an excuse to find the person who watched stars with him. Her counterattack? Turning the arrogant young master into "Mr. Gu"—who feeds cattle with her daily and hides tenderness in his eyes.
