Chen Mo, former leader of the Gangjiang gang "Yi Qun", has been an anonymous fishmonger for twenty years, determined to give his college-bound daughter Xiaotang a life free from the underworld. But Xiaotang accidentally takes a gang's goods while helping a classmate deliver a package. Jiang Ye, the enemy who framed Chen Mo years ago, accuses her of theft and vows to use her to avenge old grudges. To save her, Chen Mo reawakens his long-dormant gang identity—old brothers come to his aid, his rusted butterfly knife tastes blood again, and the past he hid for two decades is exposed to Xiaotang. Will he fight by the underworld's rules, or gamble on fatherly love? When the fish market's scale clashes with gangsters' knives, Chen Mo will risk everything to keep his daughter safe.
