In the old Beijing hutong, "Fuxing Barber Shop" hides a "hair war" between two generations: Old Zhou (played by Pan Changjiang), who has run the shop for 40 years, clings to his祖传 razor and believes, "Shaving is like nurturing the soul—slow work yields excellence." His son Xiao Zhou (played by Gong Hanlin), fresh out of hairdressing school, insists on perming packages and internet-famous check-ins, mocking his dad for "being outdated is a death sentence." They bicker from "whether to cut bangs" to "whether to offer memberships"—until the hutong faces demolition and someone offers a high price to turn the shop into an internet-famous restaurant. Suddenly, they realize: their fight was never about "new vs. old"—it’s about protecting the neighbors’ "emotional anchor" and the word "integrity" in their bones. Warmth lingers in laughter, truth shines through conflicts—watch this feuding father-son duo turn "getting rich" into the warmest hutong story.
