Lin Xiaoman, a down-and-out convenience store owner, accidentally finds a portal behind her shelf leading to the apocalyptic world of 2147. When she hands a bowl of cooked instant noodles to Gu Yan, a gravely injured military major who survived a pile of corpses, the tough man’s eyes suddenly well up—hot water is a luxury in the apocalypse, and her small store becomes a “hope supply station” connecting two worlds. But as the portal stabilizes, troubles follow: her ex-boyfriend, who once mocked her for “selling expired snacks,” comes begging for cooperation; Gu Yan’s teammates suspect her of “unknown origins”; even some apocalyptic forces want to take over her store by force. Lin must protect her only means of survival while untangling her bond with Gu Yan—Is her instant noodles a light for the apocalypse, or a trouble that brings disaster?
