Lin Xiaoman, a 22-year-old part-timer at the "Time Pavilion" antique shop in the deep old alley, awakens the ability to communicate with antiques after accidentally knocking over the shop's treasure jade pendant—a Republic of China phonograph sings its owner's love song, a Qing Dynasty enamel vase complains about a maid from the past, and even a rusty bronze mirror chatters, "The beauties I reflected were prettier than today's stars." But her joy is short-lived when Gu Jinchuan, a domineering CEO, bursts in—he demands the jade pendant, which is the Gu family's lost heirloom he's been searching for three years. From opposing each other to working together, they listen to the antiques' secrets: the jade pendant holds the promise between Gu's grandfather and his old lover, and the phonograph's song is their love tune... As the old objects piece together the truth of the past, the two, once separated by the gap between "CEO" and "part-timer," quietly plant the seeds of love amid the antiques' whispers.
