Lin Wan, a rural girl from Wei Du, was abandoned by her rich boyfriend Chen Mo for being "poor" and later framed by a colleague, losing her job. Desperate, she returns home and finds her late grandmother's old teahouse on the brink of closure. She grits her teeth to take it over, only to face rising rent, sabotage from competitors, staff resignations, and even Chen Mo showing up with his new girlfriend to sneer, "A toad trying to eat swan meat." But Lin Wan refuses to give in—she integrates Wei Du's intangible cultural heritage, transforming the teahouse into a "traditional + modern" cultural and creative space, with the unexpected help of a low-key architect Gu Yan. When the teahouse becomes an internet-famous spot, Chen Mo, who has gone bankrupt due to his new girlfriend's infidelity, comes back crying for reconciliation. Lin Wan smiles and pulls out the old breakup letter: "This swallow is no longer the village girl you could bully!" In the end, she revives the old teahouse, becomes her own light, and gains a mutual love with Gu Yan.
