Lin Xiaoman (nicknamed "Xiaoban"), a new office worker, brings homemade snacks to the company every day, only to have them stolen by a "mysterious thief" for a week. To catch the culprit, she waits in the pantry early, only to bump into the overbearing CEO Gu Shiyan—with her taro paste crisp still in his mouth! Xiaoman thinks she's going to be fired, but Gu Shiyan, ears blushing, explains: "Your snacks taste exactly like the one from my childhood savior..." Ten years ago, when Gu Shiyan was kidnapped, it was Xiaoman's osmanthus cake that kept him alive until rescue. Now, after taking control of the company, he's been searching for his savior, only to find the "snack thief" in his own office. From "catching the thief" to "sending snacks actively", the CEO's pursuit routine is hidden in every warm dessert. This sweet mutual love already had its foreshadowing in their childhood.
