Su Wanwan, a top interior designer, is forced to collaborate with her childhood arch-rival Lu Jingshen—the CEO of Xingyao Group—due to a project. Since they were kids, they’ve bickered nonstop: Su calls him a “cold-blooded capitalist,” while Lu mocks her as a “spiky little hedgehog.” But during their work together, Lu starts “losing control”: leaving hot cocoa for her overtime, shielding her from difficult clients’ toasts, and even hugging her tightly in public when she almost falls. When Su questions his change, Lu turns away with red ears: “Who told you that every time you snap, I just want to kiss you…?” It turns out, all the “bickering” between the arch-rivals was just unhidden affection.
