Lin Wan, a retired jewelry designer, raises her five-year-old daughter Xiaonuomi alone, hiding the secret of a one-night encounter with Gu Jingshen, CEO of Gu Group, five years ago. Envious of her classmates having dads, Xiaonuomi secretly uses her mom's account to live stream "finding dad"—holding a hand-drawn sign that says "Looking for CEO Dad," she says in a milky voice, "Dad wears a black suit and has the same dimple as me." Gu Jingshen happens to see this. Staring at Xiaonuomi's dimple—identical to his own—his pupils constrict: The woman who once said "I don't need your responsibility" actually has his child? When Gu Jingshen blocks the door of Lin Wan's studio, Xiaonuomi jumps into his arms yelling "Daddy," but Lin Wan steps back, clutching her design draft: "Do you want to take the child?" Gu Jingshen takes out the engagement ring he never sent five years ago, his voice hoarse: "I'm here to take you—I've been looking for you for five years, and you hid from me?" The kid's live stream revives old feelings, the CEO's deep love breaks through stubbornness. Can the past misunderstanding be resolved? Will the "family of three," five years late, finally reunite?
