Lin Xiaoman, a corporate slave just fired, inherits her grandfather's old alley grocery store after his death. She intended to sell it cheap, but while organizing the shelves, she triggers a hidden mechanism—the secret door behind the counter actually connects to a 'channel of all worlds' spanning ancient times, the future, and even fantasy realms! Since then, she becomes a 'cross-boundary trader': selling quick-dry pens to ancient scholars, helping future programmers find 1980s tapes, and exchanging modern hand warmers for a little fox from a fantasy world... However, as her business grows, she discovers her grandfather's secret—to keep the channel open, she must collect 100 'unfulfilled wishes'. And the mysterious girl who often comes to buy osmanthus candy seems to be linked to her grandfather's past? When the 'trader' becomes a 'wish ferryman', Lin Xiaoman stumbles upon a truth warmer than fantasy in the warmth of everyday life.
