After three years of pining after his campus crush and draining his entire savings, office worker Lin Mo becomes a laughingstock across the city. On the brink of giving up, he accidentally bonds with the "Quit Being a Simp Rebate System". The rule is straightforward: as long as he abandons his doormat attitude and lets a lady pay for him voluntarily, he'll receive ten times the cashback of the bill. He immediately ditches his desperate simping ways, first earning a 1,000-yuan rebate after letting a senior student buy him milk tea, then raking in 100,000 yuan when his ex-girlfriend pays for their meal during a chance restaurant encounter. Within half a year, he pays off his million-yuan debts and attracts countless admirers. Just as he receives hundreds of millions in rebate, he finally uncovers that the system's controller is actually his childhood friend who's been secretly caring about him all along.
