Lin Xiaoman, a TV reporter, has her sister suddenly disappear, with the last location fixed on the abandoned "Guixu Ancient Mansion" on the outskirts of the city. To uncover the truth, she infiltrates the mansion disguised as a tenant, only to encounter a series of strange events: the silent caretaker Lao Zhou always burns paper offerings at midnight, the glasses-wearing programmer Chen Mo stares at the staircase surveillance all day, and retired policeman Uncle Wang paces the corridor every night. What chills her most is that the door to Room 302 is always locked, and the scent of her sister's favorite jasmine perfume drifts from the crack. As the investigation deepens, Lin Xiaoman uncovers a decade-old demolition blood case hidden in the mansion: ten years ago, residents were deliberately set on fire for resisting forced demolition, and 7 lives were faked as an "accident". Her sister was targeted precisely because she found the list of survivors. When she finally pries open Room 302's door, the old diaries, yellowed photos, and a rusty tape inside lead all clues to a "trusted one" no one ever suspected...
