Lin Xiaoman, an office worker, picks up a wounded black cat on her way home from overtime—only to find the cat transforms into Su Wan, a cold and glamorous killer! Su moves in forcefully under the guise of "repaying a favor", but when Lin is PUAed at work or cheated on by her ex, she instantly becomes a protective girlfriend: subduing the scumbag ex with one hand, making the blood-sucking boss cry with a contract—her badass moves are explosively satisfying! Yet as Su's killer enemies show up, Lin uncovers the truth: this "cat" is a "weapon" modified with cat demon genes by an organization, and their "chance encounter" was actually deliberate. When danger looms, will she run away or stay to break fate with Su Wan?
