Emergency doctor Su Xiaowan is held at gunpoint by Lin Shen—a bloodied man who turns out to be her first love, missing for five years—during a late-night shift. Lin claims he’s tangled in the "88th Heist": a ring forging death certificates to traffic organs through the hospital, targeting the critical patient Su just saved. As Su hides Lin while investigating, she’s horrified to find the hospital director is the mastermind! The twist? Lin’s "heist" is a ruse—he vanished for five years to gather proof that his father was murdered for blowing the whistle on the organ ring. When the director kidnaps Su to silence them, Lin uses a USB drive hidden in his wound to expose the hospital’s darkness—and reclaim their lost love.
