When office worker Lu Xiaochuan stayed up late working on a project, he suddenly transmigrated into Lin Jianguo, a 70-year-old lonely man living in the old town, and was forced to bind the "Justice Old Guy System"—he must complete 100 tasks of "standing up for the vulnerable" to return to his own body. He initially wanted to perfunctory, but when he helped an elderly独居 woman recover her savings from health product scams, he tasted the warmth of "being needed" for the first time. Then he got involved in the disappearance case of a teenager in the community, and the clues pointed to Lin Jianguo's old enemy... As tasks progressed, Lu Xiaochuan found that this "useless old man" actually hid unspoken tenderness, and the truth of the system seemed closely linked to Lin Jianguo's life regrets.
