Rural “foolish” sister Zhou Xiaotao was called a “money-waster” since childhood, yet she always saved her only candy for her brother Zhou Xiaoyang. One day, Xiaoyang ran into the road chasing a cat—Xiaotao jumped in front of a truck to save him, getting her head split open, only to be framed by sister-in-law Wu Min for “trying to steal the inheritance by harming him”. Her mother-in-law Zhang Shi chased her out with a broom, cursing her as a “jinx”. When Xiaotao was desperate, her missing 7-year genius brother Zhou Mingyuan, once rumored “dead in the city”, suddenly appeared—he wore a custom suit, held an offer from a top law firm, and his eyes behind glasses were full of pain: “Sister, I’ll get justice for you.” As Wu Min’s affair records and Zhang Shi’s ledger of hiding Xiaotao’s child support were laid out, and as Xiaoyang cried and begged for forgiveness, this “revenge” turned out to be her brother’s way of “standing up for her”.
