Lin Hao, a low-level worker who just got laid off and dumped by his girlfriend, stumbles upon the "Fate Reversal System" at his lowest point. The system’s tasks are bizarre—recovering an elderly grandma’s scammed life savings from the market, helping his failed-entrepreneur best friend convince a harsh investor—but they force him to let go of his inferiority. He uses his wits to outsmart fraudsters and his sincerity to move a cold investor. Along the way, he clashes with Su Wanqing, a icy CEO who initially calls him a "shortcut-seeking fraud." But when she witnesses him stand up for strangers, she’s gradually drawn to his kindness and tenacity. As he completes tasks, the system’s secret is revealed—it’s a "reset button" sent by his future self to mend regrets. Can Lin Hao not only finish the tasks but also truly take control of his fate?
