Modern office worker Lin Yang was burning the midnight oil for work when he accidentally transmigrated to an ancient era ravaged by plague, becoming the warden of "Zhao Prison"—a prison exclusively for female inmates. On his first day in office, the capital was sealed off due to a rat plague, and Zhao Prison was designated an "epidemic zone". The 300 female prisoners faced two fates: starving to death or being executed as "plague sources". Desperate, Lin Yang activated the "Portable Supermarket System"—which allows him to exchange modern food and medicine—but it requires "trust points" from the prisoners. However, the women harbor deep hatred for all "government officials" and even mistook the bread he offered for poison. As Lin Yang struggles to gain their trust with system supplies, he uncovers a conspiracy: powerful nobles are hoarding medicinal herbs behind the plague. Can he save the 300 lives and expose the truth?
