Xiao Qi, the "little loudspeaker" from the orphanage, is selected by the wealthy Gu family via a charity event to be the "sister" of Gu Chuan, an autistic young master—the Gu family hopes her liveliness can melt Gu Chuan's closed heart. But Gu Chuan has refused to speak since childhood, even his eyes are icy cold. Xiao Qi, however, insists on "getting close": she recites tongue twisters to amuse him at breakfast, chases him to share class gossip after school, and even hangs her small loudspeaker on his schoolbag. Gu Chuan, once as cold as jade, gradually softens under Xiao Qi's "noise attack"—he secretly picks up the fruit candy from under the sofa for her, and silently hands her his coat when she's mocked by classmates. Just when Xiao Qi thinks she's succeeded, Gu Chuan suddenly disappears... It turns out that Gu Chuan's silence hides his mother's old wound, and Xiao Qi's presence is quietly uncovering this dusty secret.
