Lin Xiaochuan is the ultimate bad luck magnet—his new shoes get stepped on during the subway commute, he’s blamed for his boss’s mistakes, and after three years of liking Su Xiao secretly, he’s just “the breakfast guy” in her WeChat notes. Until one night, he finds a bronze coin engraved with “Fortune Arrives” in an old alley. From then on, his life takes a dramatic turn: winning “one more” prizes until drinks pile up, snagging the last limited-edition item for Su Xiao, and even “accidentally” saving her from danger. But when his luck peaks, Su Xiao shows him a middle school photo—she’s holding the same coin, with a young Lin Xiaochuan who once helped her pick up homework. It turns out all the “good luck” was Su Xiao’s plan—she’d been waiting for this “loser” to finally confess his feelings.
