Top business elite Lin Shen suddenly quit his job as an investment bank vice president and returned to his hometown high school to teach math. Colleagues mocked him for "being foolish to give up easy money," parents doubted, "How can a non-education major teach well?" and even the class "troublemaker" deliberately caused trouble for him. But Lin Shen used his "user thinking" to win over the students—he designed a "study reward system" for the boy who stayed up late playing games, created an "emotional management plan" for the girl who lost interest in studying due to her parents' divorce, and even turned math problems into "business case studies." When the class average score jumped from last place to third in the city in the final exam, and when the former "underachiever" received an independent enrollment offer from a top university, those sarcasms turned into pleas of "Mr. Lin, please take my child," and Lin Shen also found in these children a more passionate life meaning than making quick money.
