Lin Xiaochuan, a recent graduate drowning in three months of rent debt, is cornered by his shrewish landlady Sister Zhang and her goons at his rental door. She calls him a "worthless loser" as neighbors snicker, their stares piercing his pride. Desperate, he flees to the park, where a mysterious old man in a gray robe touches his forehead—suddenly, Lin can *see* through stones to hidden jade veins and through shabby antiques to their ancient origins! With his last 500 yuan, he bets on a "useless" stone and uncovers a 10-million-yuan imperial green jade. Then he snags a chipped bowl at a flea market, revealing it’s a Song Dynasty imperial kiln relic—stunning the antique world. When Sister Zhang returns, grinning to cozy up, Lin waves a property deed: "I bought this building. Now *you* call me 'landlord'."
