Lin Shen, a newly appointed principal at a key middle school, walks into a nightmare on his first day: a "zero pass rate" mess—rebellious students turn classrooms into playgrounds, veteran teachers slack off for salaries, and even the school board plans to cut funding. Desperate, he starts live-streaming the "daily chaos of a failing school" and unexpectedly gains countless fans with his authenticity and passion; donations solve the urgent financial crisis. Next, he tames troublemakers with a "mistake notebook exchange challenge," pushes teachers back on track with a "teaching performance evaluation system," and even takes students to film "overseas study vlogs" to connect with international curricula in advance. When once "bad students" win math Olympiad awards and slacking teachers volunteer to work overtime, Lin Shen realizes he's not just saving a school—he's resurrecting the "abandoned dreams" of a group of people.
