Lin Chuan sold his award-winning oil painting and gave up his art academy spot to fund his childhood sweetheart Su Xiao's study abroad, working anonymously in a studio to hide his sacrifice. But the day Su Xiao returned, he saw her holding hands with her college senior—his ten-year love letter crumpled in his fist, he left with only a paintbrush.
