Lin Chuan, a recent graduate kicked out by his father, returns to remote Qingshi Village with his grandma’s urn, expecting to die alone in a broken temple. But on a rainy night, he finds a glowing bronze mirror holding the "Medical Sage Inheritance System"—ten years late! The system weeps, admitting it chose the wrong host a decade ago. From then on, Lin Chuan’s life reverses: he cures Grandpa Wang’s ten-year paralysis, saves Xiaohua’s brother from a fish bone, and revives a businessman the county hospital gave up on. Money and fame come, and even his parents (who once despised his poverty) beg for reconciliation, while his ex-girlfriend drives a luxury car to ask for another chance. But Lin Chuan takes out his grandma’s old scarf: "You didn’t take this when you left; now you don’t need it." When the village treats him as a living Buddha and former doubters fawn over him, he realizes the ten-year delay let him keep his grandma’s love, the villagers’ sincerity, and A Xiu, the girl who sweeps Grandma’s grave with him.
