Lin Xiaoman, a cash-strapped college student struggling to pay tuition, hits a wall with summer jobs—until her phone pops up a 'Corpse-Chasing System' one night: fulfill the deceased's last wishes to earn money! Even wilder? Ringing a bell summons Black and White Impermanence (death gods) as helpers: Black Impermanence hides under a sun umbrella from sunlight, White Impermanence gets lost with GPS. Xiaoman juggles absurd tasks (finding a grandma's lost grandson, retrieving a stolen scholarship for a dead senior) while hiding from her dorm supervisor and dodging Lu Chuan, the campus heartthrob who’s dying to uncover her 'mysterious side hustle.' But when her next mission is to find a dead classmate’s 'anonymous love letter'—addressed to Lu Chuan—her secret is on the brink. Will she keep it hidden? And what happens when the heartthrob finds out?
