Shen Youtang, the legitimate daughter of the prime minister's family, faces the full execution of her clan due to a frame-up by a treacherous official. She disguises herself as her late elder brother, taking his place as a "prime minister candidate" to enter the court. On one hand, she struggles to hide her female identity—trembling hands when binding her chest in the morning, panic when stared at for her "Adam's apple" in court. On the other hand, she battles the treacherous official—nearly caught while collecting evidence, tricked back after plotting against the official's allies. When she's close to the truth, she finds her brother's death is linked to her disguise? Is her male disguise a hope to save the clan, or a trap to destroy it?
