Su Wan, owner of an antique shop, is known as the "Ice Beauty" in her circle. Three years ago, her lover died protecting her, and she closed her heart ever since—rejecting all advances, earning her the label "hard to seduce". Until top jewelry designer Lu Shiyan comes knocking: he needs a broken piece of ancient jade from Su to replicate his grandmother's heirloom. Lu starts with calculated moves but soon falls for her sincerely—he uses design sketches to recreate Su's past love memories and secretly repairs the old watch she hides at the bottom of her trunk. Su resists outwardly, but her heart trembles at his persistence. Just as they finally open up, Su stumbles upon a devastating secret: Lu's grandmother was the investor behind the project that killed her lover. Caught between love and hatred, can this "unapproachable" heart finally bloom for him?
