Lin Mo, a poor young man from a fishing village, gains supernatural abilities after being struck by lightning: he can understand cats! Surprisingly, his lazy orange cat has the power to see through the sea. The cat guides him to abundant fish, high-priced abalones, and dolphins leading to a lost sunken ancient ship. Lin Mo rises from rags to riches, but attracts fierce suppression from poaching gangs eyeing fishery resources. He teams up with partners and the cat to fight back, busts the poaching den, and establishes an eco-friendly fishery company, changing the fate of the fishing village.
