Su Wan, an urban white-collar worker, is forced to resign after being framed at work and flees back to her hometown, which she hasn't visited in ten years. At the village entrance, she crashes into Gu Yang—the "little follower" who once gave her glass marbles. Now, he's transformed into "Boss Gu," leading villagers to run an eco-farm. Su Wan wants to lay low, but Gu Yang sticks to her like glue: fixing her leaky house, picking wild fruits with her, and even pretending to be her boyfriend to fend off marriage pressure. When she finds Gu Yang's "secret crush diary" hidden for a decade, she realizes the boy who cried and chased her car when she left never moved on. Just as she receives a job offer from her urban company, Su Wan looks at Gu Yang wiping sweat in the tea garden and suddenly understands: the sweetest love has always been in the wind of her hometown.
