Lin Wan, who runs a tiny restoration shop in an old alley, receives an anonymous package late at night—a tattered ancient painting titled *Moonlit Rose*. On the full moon night, Gu Yan, the white-robed young master in the painting, steps out of the frame, claiming to be a wronged soul sealed for 300 years after being framed for guarding his family's secret manual. But strange events follow: someone breaks in to steal the painting, rumors of her "selling stolen ancient art" go viral, and her missing father's old diary warns, "Stay away from the Moonlit Rose." To her horror, Gu Yan's figure fades at dawn—his existence depends on the rose in the painting, which only blooms when watered with her blood. As she digs into her father's disappearance (linked to the painting's secret), she faces a brutal choice: withdraw her blood and let Gu Yan vanish, or trade her life for his rebirth?
