Lin Zhixia, a new entrepreneur, just got her first project but had it stolen by industry tycoon Su Man, who also smeared her as a "plagiarist". During a quarrel, she was hit by Su's car and woke up reborn as a fetus in Su Man's womb! As an unborn child, she can hear Su's thoughts clearly: Su is plotting to acquire Lin's father's company and make her brother lose his job. Lin is so angry that she uses fetal movements to "sabotage"—kicking Su so hard she vomits at a meeting, forcing her to eat sour plums until her teeth ache. But slowly, she discovers Su's "ruthlessness" hides a secret: Su's mother committed suicide after being bankrupted by Lin's father's company, and Su has no idea who Lin Zhixia is. When Lin is about to be born, she faces the absurdity of "her arch-nemesis becoming her mother" and the truth of the two-generation feud—should she help Su get revenge, or defend her family?
