Lin Daqiang, a deadbeat courier, has his mundane life shattered when a tiny kid holding a glowing "Divine Ascension Decree" shows up at his door—claiming to be an immortal child, the kid says Lin is the reincarnation of a god of war missing for 300 years, who must pass a "fatherhood trial" to regain his divine throne. But how can Lin, who burns instant noodles, be a dad to an immortal? Chaos follows: mixing up "immortal magic" with "multiplication" in homework, burning the tent during camping… Yet beneath the laughs lies a cruel secret—the child is Lin’s own son, whom he abandoned years ago out of guilt! When a villainous Demon God arrives to destroy the "god of war’s weakness," Lin snaps: "I’d give up divinity to protect my kid!" This "divine ascension" is actually a redemption to reclaim their father-son bond.
