Protagonist Zhou Yang is a delivery rider working to pay his grandma's medical bills. One day, he receives a special "Immortal Order"—complete ten such orders to become an immortal. But as he earns more immortal points, his grandma's memory fades. The final order? Deliver a "Forget-Worry Pill" to his grandma—turns out she's the Kitchen God who came down to care for him, and must take the pill to return to heaven. Watching his grandma hold his childhood photo and ask "Who is this?", Zhou Yang realizes: Immortality isn't about escaping, but cherishing. When the immortal bell rings, he throws the pill away—he'd rather be his grandma's grandson than a god. Then the Taoist elder says: "You've passed the hardest test. The real immortal rank is in the love you hold for someone."
