Ye Yichen, a cold and resolute wind farm designer, is determined to shut down the village's aging wind farm to protect the coastline—only to clash head-on with Wang Yishu, a newly transferred meteorological host who vows to推翻 his "heartless plan" to save the villagers' livelihood. From their fiery argument on a typhoon night to hiking together to measure wind speeds and evacuating elderly villagers, they gradually uncover the softness beneath each other's tough exteriors: Ye has long secretly donated money to build windbreaks, and Wang has quietly gathered the villagers' true wishes. When a once-in-a-century storm surges with giant waves, they must wield "wind" as their sword, risking everything to protect the village and each other—will this duel over wind end in conquest or reconciliation?
