Su Wan, owner of a tangshui shop in the old town, is the widow of a fallen firefighter hero. For three years, she’s clung to her late husband’s flame-tattoo pendant. Then amnesiac firefighter Gu Yan stumbles in—he has the exact same flame carved into his left arm, and haunting dreams of a back shoving him out of a fire. As Gu Yan’s memories return, the truth about her husband’s death in a factory fire is unearthed: it wasn’t an accident, but the boss’s illegal storage of flammables! And Gu Yan is the man her husband died to save. Torn between her obsession with the past and Gu Yan’s love buried under guilt, how will Su Wan choose? When the fire of truth burns away lies, whose palm will catch her tears?
