Lu Jingshen, known as the "Roguish Yama" in the underworld and owner of a bar, has his place trashed one night by Su Ye, a newly released female boxer. She mistook his bar for a black debt collection company while trying to raise money for her brother's surgery. Forced to work as his "personal assistant" to pay off the debt, Su Ye is driven crazy by Lu's constant flirty tricks—until he takes a beer bottle for her from a rival, revealing the carefree man is hiding a secret of avenging his father. Meanwhile, Lu realizes his feelings for this "thorny wild rose" when Su Ye takes a knife to protect him. When the killer behind Lu's father's fatal fall emerges, it’s linked to Su Ye's parents' death—will they stand together to tear through the fog of hatred, or let love heal their wounds?
