Qu Tianyi, once the "chubby dance queen" of the attached high school, had to give up street dance and leave after an accident caused her to gain 80 kg (160 jin) and she was crushed by rumors. Three years later, she returns with the glory of the national street dance champion, only to find Lu Tianwei, the school heartthrob, waiting at the door with her old dance shoes: "I've waited three years—now it's my turn to chase you." But when she steps back on stage, her former rival Zhao Yuzhe releases a video of her dancing as a chubby girl, threatening to ruin her comeback. Caught between the school heartthrob's passionate pursuit and the counterattack of her past shadows, how will Qu Tianyi prove with her dance that she was never a "laughed-at fat girl" but a born dance queen?
