Lin Xiaoman, a faded pet blogger, rescues an orange cat that can talk—it calls itself "Miao Miao, the Lucky Star". Not only does it help her fix her live-stream disasters, but it also leads her to reunite with Gu Mingyuan, her crush for years. As they work to save an endangered pet shelter, Xiaoman discovers a shocking secret: the cat is actually Gu's lost soul, trapped after a car accident! When the shelter is saved and the cat is about to return to human form, Xiaoman must choose: keep her "Lucky Star" or get the real Gu Mingyuan back?
