Lin Wan, a meteorologist, reunites with her ex-boyfriend Lu Zhao—now an emergency captain of a coastal village—while tracking the super typhoon "Monsoon". Bitter over Lin's "absence" at his father's funeral, Lu mocks her data-focused approach and refuses to cooperate with her red-alert evacuation plan. But when typhoon waves batter the village, Lu gets trapped in a crumbling house trying to convince a stubborn elder. Lin rushes into the storm, shouting the truth: "I was saving your dad that day—I missed the funeral for him..." Amid the tempest, can they unravel the misunderstanding and reclaim the five years lost to the typhoon?
