Mu Wantang, an abandoned concubine in the cold palace, was framed by the imperial concubine for "killing the royal heir" right after giving birth to her premature baby Fubao, almost being sentenced to death. But Fubao is born with "luck"—the withered grass she touches sprouts, the sick cat she feeds recovers, and even the emperor's parrot clings to her voluntarily. When the emperor sees this, he approaches curiously and finds Fubao looks exactly like him as a child! It turns out Fubao is his child from a drunken night years ago. Mu Wantang, disillusioned with the palace, just wants to escape with Fubao, but Fubao holds the emperor's dragon robe and shouts "Daddy", then shoves the emperor's sweet osmanthus cake to her mother: "Daddy said mommy won't be sad after eating it." Between a mother who wants to flee, a father who wants to make amends, and the imperial concubine's schemes, how will Fubao use her "little luck" to help her mother rise from the cold palace to become queen?
